WARRANTY INFORMATION

Our commitment lies in crafting the sturdiest and most adaptable drinkware available. However, unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you encounter any issues with your RISE TOUGH product, we're here to set things right.

For any product damaged during shipping (when ordered directly from RISE TOUGH) or found to be defective, please return it directly to RISE TOUGH in its original packaging or suitable cardboard packaging, with freight prepaid. Warranty items will be promptly replaced (subject to stock availability). If the item is out of stock, you'll receive a store credit for future purchases.

HOW TO INITIATE YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM

To file a warranty claim, please complete our digital warranty form available here. Before filling out the form, ensure you have the following information ready:

· Your contact details

· Proof of purchase

· Details of the encountered issues

· Any accompanying images or videos demonstrating the fault, if possible

A RISE TOUGH representative will assist you in gathering additional information about your warranty claim. If covered under warranty, you'll receive a prepaid label to return the product.

Once the warranty item is received at our warehouse, we'll arrange a solution. For warranty claims related to Chug caps or Straw caps, please contact our Customer Service team at admin@risetough.com.au for a replacement, as returning these parts is unnecessary.

LIMITED WARRANTY

We take pride in our products and assure the original purchaser ("you") that all RISE TOUGH products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for their respective Warranty Periods, subject to the conditions below.

To qualify for warranty coverage, the following conditions must be met:

· Product must be purchased directly from us or an authorised RISE TOUGH dealer

· Proof of purchase must be provided

· The faulty item must be returned

· Product must be used only as intended and in accordance with care instructions

If a defect arises during the Warranty Period due to proper use according to care instructions, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product or part. Warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts. Normal wear and tear, punctures, scratches, dents, and natural fading of colours and materials over time are not covered.

Any limited edition product still under warranty will be replaced with a product of the same size in a different colour, based on availability.

While stainless steel products are rust and stain-resistant, rust and stains may occur over time due to the material's porous nature, which is not considered a fault and is not covered under warranty.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

This warranty excludes any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of RISE TOUGH items. If warranted, the manufacturer will repair or replace, at their discretion, the item or any defective part.

RISE TOUGH retains the right to modify products and designs without obligation to incorporate such changes into already completed products or those in the possession of dealers or consumers. Damaged products must be returned directly to RISE TOUGH, in the original packaging or suitable cardboard packaging, with freight prepaid.
