Our Return Policy 

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your RISE TOUGH products as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a refund less the return shipping fee of $15.00, providing it is unused and in its original packaging. Please email us at: admin@risetough.com.au to request a return.

Ins and Outs of the RISE TOUGH Return Policy: 

Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment. RISE TOUGH does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. 

You can return your item(s) purchased from RISE TOUGH.com.au up to 30 days after the purchase date for a refund less the return shipping fee of $15.00. RISE TOUGH does not accept returns on items purchased outside of www.risetough.com.au. For exchanges, please return your item(s) and replace an order for the correct item. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. Please email us at: admin@risetough.com.au to process items you wish to return. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.  

We do not offer refunds on gift card purchases.  

Please note that custom engraved products won't be eligible for returns unless the item is faulty/defective.
