Our Shipping Policy Our aim is to deliver your RISE TOUGH® products promptly. Therefore, we prioritize the swift processing of your order to ensure you can start using your purchase without delay. Please be aware that once an order is placed, we are unable to make any amendments, additions, or cancellations as it immediately proceeds to our warehouse for processing. All parcels we dispatch are equipped with track and trace capabilities and typically do not require a signature upon delivery. It's important to note that if you authorise us to leave the package in your absence, we cannot guarantee its safe receipt or protect against potential environmental factors such as rain, heat, dirt, or damage while it remains unattended. In such instances, our responsibility extends only until the point indicated by the tracking information that confirms the package was left for you. RISE TOUGH offers complimentary shipping for orders totalling $50 and above within Australia.
Shipping Times
